Air Fried Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

a few cooked potatoes

nutritional yeast (optional)

filtered water in a spray bottle


Directions:

Cook potatoes in an instant pot or boil them on the stove. Let cool and store in fridge for a ready supply.


Cut potatoes into wedges ½”to ¾” thick. Place wedges one side down on your counter or cutting board. Spray with water then sprinkle with nutritional yeast. We do one side only.

Set the air fryer to 160 degrees celsius. Place wedges in the air fryer being careful not to crowd them. Cook for 10 minutes. At the time, you can either remove the insert, carefully turn over the wedges or you can simply shake the insert! Either way, cook for an additional 10 minutes.


We serve these with the fat free golden gravy, ketchup or the Naked Coconuts Soy Substitute.
