This could not be simpler, but oh so good!!
Ingredients:
4 - 6 sweet potatoes, depending on size
Directions:
Cut your sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place in a preheated oven at 350F.
Bake until you see a bubbly crust forming around the edges of the sweet potatoes. For medium to large, this will take 45 minutes or longer. Don't be impatient! Check by turning one over. It should be golden brown on the underside, with the edges oozing a golden toffee.
Serve cut side up and enjoy the whole thing, skin and all.
