Hummus

A great snack or meal that's sure to satisfy! A new twist on an old favourite.


Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chickpeas

2 tbsp tahini

3 tbsp lemon or lime juice

3 - 4 tbsp water

1 tbsp cumin

¼ tsp turmeric

⅛ tsp cayenne (optional)

pinch of himalayan salt (optional)


Directions:

Add all ingredients to a food processor but only 2 tbsp of the water; add the rest of the water gradually until desired consistency is reached.


Enjoy!
