Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients:

1 cup cashews

4 tbsp nut yeast

½ tsp garlic powder

pinch of salt (optional)


Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until coarse meal or desired consistency.

Stores in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
